In parallel with the development of tender documents, Mines Restoration Limited has secured approval from Scottish Natural Heritage for a license to work in close proximity to protected species, and has engaged with SEPA to amend terms of the CAR licence governing site drainage matters.
Community liaison meetings have been held at appropriate intervals and the views of the community councils and local residents have been taken on board.
